RiCH VOCATIONAL SERVICES / Wisconsin DVR Clients & Counselors

Working closely with counselors in the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, RiCH Vocational Services provides benefits counseling, job development, vocational rehabilitation and coaching, and various technology-related training services to people with disabilities in Milwaukee, Racine, Ozaukee, Dane, Washington, Waukesha, Sheboygan, and Fond du Lac counties.

RiCH Vocational Services is different from many other vendors because:

  • RiCH Vocational Services staff meet with clients in the location that is best for them. Staff members are completely mobile and specially trained to meet with clients in their homes, area libraries, job development centers, DVR offices, or RiCH Company facilities.

  • RiCH Vocational Services staff tailor each program to a specific client's abilities and needs. The RiCHVS team never works with two clients in the exact same way. Rather, the construction of the program, the level of information and support provided, and even the program's curriculum is customized for each specific client.

  • RiCH Vocational Services staff are highly trained and are devoted to working with individuals with disabilities. We select staff members who have an extensive history in their area of expertise, and who, more importantly, have a commitment to and passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
