RiCH PROPERTIES / Information for Current Tenants


This site is designed to provide current tenants with the information that they need to contact RiCH Properties, pay rent, deal with emergencies, and request maintenance support. While we provide all of the information below to tenants upon signing a lease, we recommend that all RiCH Properties tenants print a copy of this webpage for quick reference while offline.

Scheduled Maintenance Updates:

RiCH Properties is currently planning to make the following repairs to the following properties at the following times. Note: Only repairs that will affect the majority of tenants in a single location will appear below. Neither individual unit support/repair requests nor emergency repairs will appear below.

  • No maintenance is currently scheduled for any property.



Paying Rent:

Rent on all RiCH Property properties is due in full on the 1st of every month. Please refer to your lease to determine if there is a grace period an/or what penalities there are on late payments. Remember, if you are going to be late on your rent, you should always contact a RiCH Properties representative to make alternate arrangements.

The following options are available for paying your rent:

  • Mail or Delivery: You can mail or deliver your rent to 260 E. Highland Avenue - Suite MH700, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Rent may be in the form of cash, check, or money order and must be postmarked by the 1st to be considered on-time. Refer to your lease for additional provisions, such as returned check penalties.

  • Credit Card: If you would like to pay your rent using a Visa or MasterCard, you must call RiCH Properties at 888-348-6182 extension 10. Please have your credit card in-hand when you call. Finally, please refer to your lease for additional provisions.



Support/Maintenance/Repair Request:

RiCH Properties prides itself on the upkeep and maintenance of its property holdings. To maintain its high standards, RiCH Properties relies on tenants to report any maintenance or repair needs as soon as the need is noticed.

Please do not allow your toliet to run, a light switch to continue to not work, or a faucet to drip. Rather, simply fill out the form below to submit a support request. You will be contacted within 24-hours regarding your request.

This list is also provided in paper form to each tenant upon moving in to a RiCH Properties property. Note that the numbers listed below are for emergencies only.
