RiCH Computer Services specializes in providing system critical solutions for clients throughout the world. As such, RiCHCS strives for an uptime of 100%, and maintains an actual uptime of over 99.9992%--one of the highest uptimes in the industry.

To maintain such an uptime, RiCHCS utilizes a mirrored server array that spans six datacenters in the United States and one in Canada. If one system goes down, a mirrored datacenter immediately picks up the connection, maintaining a client's access to their files, processes, and internet pages.

Unlike the majority of other providers, RiCHCS owns all of the equipment used by the company, and a dedicated team of on-site support staff, network technicians, and customer representatives stand ready to address any issues that may arise.
