RICHCS offers two levels of server management with your dedicated server package:

» Basic Management: Included with every dedicated server, this level of management provides for the initial installation of the operating system and control panel software. Customers also receive free security updates and operating system patches at this level, as well as complementary reboots, hardware repair, and monitoring. All other work performed by RICHCS at this level of management will incur a $65 per hour charge (with a one hour minimum).

» Full Management: Full Management: At this level of management, RICHCS handles all aspects of the maintenance, support, and management of a dedicated server. Customers will receive all of the Basic Managed features plus automatic operating system, software, and control panel upgrades and complete support and resolution of all operating system and control panel problems (regardless of cause). There are never any hourly charges for work related to Fully Managed servers. Full management can be added to any dedicated server package for an additional $30 per month.
