ABOUT THE RICH COMPANY / Company Principals & Select Staff
The RiCH Company, LLC. was founded in 1997 by Richard C. Hay in Terre Haute, Indiana. Now based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the RiCH Company offers services worldwide and maintains equipment in eight cities across the United States and in Canada. Richard C. Hay Founder and Chief Executive Officer richardhay@therichco.com - (888)348-6182 x12 Richard is the founder of the RiCH Company and has served as the company's CEO since inception. His vision, coupled with relentless dedication, serves as the driving force behind the company to this day. Richard holds a B.A. in Theater and a B.A. in English from Indiana State University, and a M.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin--Milwaukee (UWM). He continues to teach courses at UWM in professional writing and business communication while simultaneously developing new applications and programs for the RiCH Company. Richard also enjoys design and his fingerprint can be found on many client and company websites and programs. Ken Andersen Business Skills Instructor kenandersen@therichco.com Ken is a Pacific Northwest native who moved to Southeast Wisconsin in the fall of 2003. During the summer months, he can usually be found developing RiCH Company curricula and teaching Business Skills courses in both Milwaukee and Fond du Lac. During the academic year, Ken teaches writing and communication courses in the General Studies Department at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and in journalism from Eastern Washington University and a master’s degree in communication from Washington State University. In his spare time, Ken enjoys mountain biking, reading, photography, and spending quality time with his wife Rebekka. Sara Anzaldua Administrative Assistant saraanzaldua@therichco.com - 888-348-6182 Sara has a diverse background. She sepnt the last 10 years dedicated to working with at risk youth as a case manager. Along with social service she has been devoted to spending as much time possible supporting the arts. She is a musician and lover of local art. Sara is excited to be a part of the support staff and is an avid BEARS fan! Da Bears! Her background is in the medical field where she was recently employed for over 14 years. As a result of this experience, her compassion lies in helping those with disabilities follow their dreams. You might meet her anywhere from Milwaukee to Oshkosh as she travels to meet with clients that are seeking job placement. Once you meet her, you will never forget her. With a background in customer service and public libraries she has always enjoyed working with and for people seeking knowledge and education. Katherine Knuth Program Assistant, RiCH Vocational Services katherineknuth@therichco.com I worked for Internal Revenue Service for 19 years until my group was downsized. I am deaf, and am working with specialists to help them find jobs that meet each clients' work goals as a part time. I enjoy traveling, volleyball, nonsport collection cards and many activites. She grew up in New York and came to the RiCH Company by way of grad school in Michigan. (Regardless of background, she always joins in discussions that involve complaining about winter weather but has only good things to say about summer days being hot and humid.) At the RiCH Company, she worked first as a computer trainer, and then moved into her current role. She still enjoys helping with the computer training program and also enjoys talking to all the RiCH Company's clients and customers to help with an interesting variety of questions. Andy is responsible for establishing the Deaf and hard of hearing division of Rich Vocational Services and will continue developing innovative programming for our consumers. Outside of the office Andy volunteers his time to local Deaf and hard of hearing organizations. Cassie Wozniak Job Development Specialist cassiewozniak@therichco.com - 888.348.6182 Ext. 14 I am Job Development Specialist with a focus on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Interpreter Training Program in May 2007. Aside from my passion of American Sign Language and in working with individuals with disabilities, I absolutely love to cook, work out almost every day, and like to make jewelry and sell my creations. |
