In cooperation with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Ticket to Work Program, the Social Security Administration, and the Wisconsin Pathways to Independence Program, RiCH Vocational Services (RiCHVS) provides clients with a program specifically tailored to meet their individual needs. RiCHVS supports individuals who are ready to return to work, need training or support in order to return to work, or individuals looking to better manage their current work environment.

The RiCH Vocational Services Advantage:

• RiCHVS Staff will meet with clients in locations that are best for each individual. All RiCH staff are completely mobile and are able to meet clients in local libraries, job development centers, DVR offices, our company's facilities, or, if needed, a client's home.
• RiCHVS staff tailors each program to a client's specific needs and abilities. Our team never approaches any two individuals the same way. Clients will receive support and information specific to their individual goals.
• RiCHVS staff members are highly trained and devoted to working with individuals with disabilities. Our entire staff has been selected based on their extensive history in their area of expertise, and more importantly, have a commitment to and passion for working with individuals with disabilities.  Many RiCH Vocational Services staff members are fully fluent in sign language and contribute to the company's special focus on working with individuals who are Deaf or hard-of-hearing, as well as individuals with all types of physical and mental disabilities.
