RiCH Interpreting provides American Sign Language community-based interpreting services, job coaching, and vocational interpreting programs to state agencies (including the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation), businesses, and private individuals throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Job coaching techniques and vocational interpreting programs used by RiCH Interpreters can help individuals who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, or Deaf Plus understand a given situation. The goal is to help Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals understand employment expectations and goals and learn their job duties and responsibilities.
