Full or Part Time: Sales Representative

THE RICH COMPANY, LLC.
PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL

The RiCH Company is seeking a part or full-time sales professional to promote and sell web and print design in the greater Milwaukee area. A part-time candidate will need to commit to at least 15 hours per week.

The successful applicant will bring a general knowledge of face-to-face, internet, and telephone sales and will be comfortable responding to existing and new sales leads, as well as preparing and executing initial contacts with potential customers.

Individuals without sales experience but who possess a strong commitment to working with others and generating and maintaining business relationships are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applicants must:

1. Be willing to thoroughly learn about new information technology products and to promote those products to potential customers.

2. Be comfortable working on many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced small business atmosphere.

3. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Have the ability to set appointments, follow-up with leads, and manage a schedule without much supervision.

The successful applicant will be paid a salary plus generous commissions. The RiCH Company also offers competitive benefits packages including retirement and health plan contributions and paid mileage reimbursement. Some paid travel to attend conventions and trade shows may be required.

Part Time: Job Development Specialist

The RiCH Company, a diverse solutions provider in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Job Development Specialist to work with individuals with disabilities in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

The successful applicant will work with clients to find employment, gain the skills necessary for employment, and to learn how to apply successfully for a job. Specifically, the Job Development Specialist researches and identifies placement and training opportunities in specific labor areas and industries; initiates contact with local employers and professional groups to develop employment and training opportunities; develops and delivers presentations to explain program goals and services; ensures employers comply with federal ADA regulations; and monitors and evaluates employer's satisfaction and participant's success.

While the RiCH Company and RiCH Vocational Services will provide training to the successful applicants, applicants should have some knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations applicable to employment and training programs and social service programs; principles and practices of vocational, career, and employment counseling; and a passion for working with people with disabilities.

Additionally, the successful applicant must have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and a clean driving record. Milwaukee-based applicants must be willing to drive to Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, and surrounding areas.

The successful applicant will receive a hourly wage based on experience and will start part-time. The position is anticipated to move to full-time after 90 days.

Part Time: PHP/MySQL Programmer

THE RICH COMPANY, LLC. is seeking a part-time (10-20 hours per week) PHP / MYSQL PROGRAMMER to fill an immediate opening. This position may move to full time depending on the successful applicants work with the company.

Job Qualifications
Applicants must: Possess strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and HTML. Demonstrate that knowledge through the quick and accurate production of code. Be comfortable working on many tasks simultaneously. Complete requests and customizations within a specified time frame. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understand FTP, Unix shell, cronjobs, and internet architecture.

Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for making modifications to existing MySQL, PHP, and HTML web-based applications hosted on RiCH Company servers. Additionally, the successful applicant will be tasked with creating new features for existing applications, as well as working with other programmers and technical support staff members to design and implement new internal and external products. The successful applicant will be paid a competitive salary based on demonstrated ability and experience.

It is preferred that the successful candidate work out of our Milwaukee offices. However, telecommuting will be considered for the right candidate.
